1. Minimum deposit of $100.00 required to bind terms. Checks should be payable to Kenneth C. Reid.
2. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
3. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfil the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 day notice is given.
4. In the event the DJ KC Reid becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.
5. Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.
6. DJ KC Reid shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with DJ KC Reid. Furthermore, the party(s) contracting DJ KC Reid aggress to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guest involving any of the DJ KC Reid property.
7. The parties purchasing the service of DJ KC Reid agree to allow DJ KC Reid to use pictures and video images taken at this event to promotional purposes.
